Have you ever noticed a bad atmosphere? Have you ever thought people seemed uninterested or grumpy? I’m sensitive to my environment and I notice things. But I’ve been praying for change for a long time, and the Holy Spirit has been telling me I would see changes and then it happened!
I was in Lancaster town Centre, walking to the coffee shop, as I’ve done most days in the last few years. But something was different, something was in the air. I was convinced it was a pleasant feeling, which made me feel good. Really good! As I write this I feel moved to pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the City of Lancaster and other cities of England.
If we want to experience a change, we must seek the face of God. And we must pray to God the father in the name of Jesus. Jesus is the one who activates the process of Change. Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”
Ask the Lord you want to see a change around you. Look for ways to be kind to your family and friends. You can make a difference and the difference will impact other people’s lives, which translates to a positive difference for good. Hebrews 13:16 “And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”
If you want God to change the atmosphere around you, to make it new in a great way, just let Him know you appreciate His grace upon your life. Even though, you might mess up with things sometimes, approach His mercy seat and He will accept you back. Also endeavour to meditate on God’s word daily to keep you standing in His will. That’s when things happen and God makes a difference in your life and the ones you love. Be still and begin to experience the manifestations of God’s love and grace upon you.
Shalom!
