Meditating on 2 Corinthians 2:14-16
“But thanks be to God who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ, and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him.”
We felt the Lord was saying:-
Because I triumphed at the Cross, know that as you follow Me, you will always be in a triumphal procession, and always and wherever you go, you will bring the fragrance of My very self. For what have you that you have not been given? For humility and gentleness, kindness and mercy are My fragrant anointings, and you yourselves are blessed as you bless others with My fragrance.
You are not in a funeral procession, but in a great victory celebration. You are not alone but part of a great company. It is a victory of love and relationship, a victory of truth and righteousness. Already the procession has begun, and it leads on and on into eternity.
Let your lives be lived to My glory, giving Me praise and seeking to make My Name to be exalted. Trusting in Me you will be lifted up in My triumph. For you are seated with Me in the heavenly places, and you look on things from that new perspective.
The fragrance you seek is not manufactured upon earth but is found in abundance in the heavenly places. Keep close to Me, and I will anoint you again and again with that fragrance which is better than the balm of Gilead.
